Article 2. Zoning Regulations #
16-201. Zoning regulations incorporated.
There are hereby incorporated by reference as if set out fully herein, the zoning regulations adopted by the governing body of the City of Mound City, Kansas, as prepared by the city and consisting of Ordinance No. 514 and entitled, “Zoning Regulations of the City of Mound City, Kansas.” No fewer than three copies of the zoning regulations, shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.

The following fees and costs shall be assessed as specified herein in connection with the Planning and Zoning Regulations as adopted by the City of Mound City, Kansas:
Building Permits
Building permit (building over 120 square feet): $25.00
Sign permit: $25.00
Sewer line connection permit: $25.00
Fence permit: $25.00
Zoning Fees
Conditional Use Permit Application: $100.00 plus publication, postage and recording fees
Re-Zoning Application: $100.00 plus publication, postage and recording fees
Variance Application: $100.00 plus publication, postage and recording fees
Exception Application: $100.00 plus publication, postage and recording fees
Appeal Application: $100.00 plus publication, postage and recording fees
